Because every SynthCase is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at aama4help@gmail.com with a photo of the defect.

• We will arrange a free reprint and ship it within 5 business days.

• Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be produced
